Will breastfeeding really help you lose weight after pregnancy?
Im 23 weeks and 18 pounds I've gained so far, so I know Im going to be a sow when they finally give birth. I have heard that breastfeeding helps with weight loss, is this true? If so, is there any way of just can pump milk and give to your baby without having to breast-feed. I'm not really looking to really take the baby to nurse and Ween. Ive seen women breastfeeding children large and do not think that's pretty cool. I think if the child is old enough to ask the chest, are too old to be breastfeed. Any other tips to lose weight good for after pregnancy are appreciated. Im thinking about taking a cruise in November and I make sure my body is so hot. Im scheduled for June
Yes, to the point of nutrients your body will burn the milk you more, because breastfeeding. Tho some people get so hungry that overeating and cancel it. Many also are more sedentary and therefore the weight gain too. You still have to eat right and exercise, is not a magic bullet. I feel you in the future interest not breastfeeding, but think of it this way: Your work far more than not breastfeeding. Its preparation and heating and cleaning of bottles, spending a ton in the formula ($ 20 per container for the good ones) that deal with non-sleeping babies unhappy that the formula does not agree with … Many babies have problems with the formula and can lead to many stomach problems and sleepless nights for you. Nature meant for babies than breast milk as is reasonable that they will have more. They need the nutrients and immunities they get from you too. If you are sick all the time you will find it a lot more of a pain after breastfeeding! Do yourself a favor and do at least during the first three months. It is free, always available (you only have to whip out-sin preparation and cleaning bottles) and good for the baby. Besides, nobody told me this and I wish there was. It is difficult at first. It hurts and do not know how and neither does the baby. But the pain and difficulty passing and worthwhile. It's your choice, of course, but I think it will be happier if you do. Good luck!
