
How long will it take me to lose 70 pounds ?
The healthy way, i don’t want any loose skin or stretch marks.
Also school is starting and winter is near, can you guys give me some tips on how to keep losing weight during the winter. During school i tend to skip meals, and then eat 1 big meal at the end of the day. In the winter its cold, how can i exercise and lose weight? Plus my gym membership ends October so i cant go there.
I want to lose 70 pounds gradually. How can i stay on track through the process. It will be a long one, probably a year

I’m 5’5 and 185 pounds
I dont eat meat, junk food, dairy, eggs, sugars or sweats, white bread, white pasta ex.
I mostly eat veggie, fruits, fish, seafood like clams, whole wheat,grain rye bread, whole wheat pasta snacks like hummus with celery or cut up peppers and cucumbers
I only eat ALOT when im going through my menstural cycle

I’m a teenager and i know how it feels to be more conscious of yourself. I tried the same thing as you. Skipping meals isn’t a great idea. Just have meals three times a day. Have more food at breakfast because you’ll lose energy provided from food as you engage in activities at school…walking, running..you know that stuff. Avoid carbs and have a carb day every 2 weeks where you allow yourself to junk out so you won’t be tempted. Don’t have a big meal at the end of the day as when sleeping you won’t lose energy from food which instead will be stored as body fat.
