
How I can lose 50-60 pounds quickly but safely?
I am a 21 year old woman standing 5 '9 "tall. I lost 100 pounds and in the past year and a half. (Went 310-210) I am trying to join the military but I know I'm 210 pounds more than the condition weight at about 50-60 pounds. I've tried everything since losing 100 pounds, but have stalled. Its been three months without weight loss more … (They may not benefits either, but not loss) I refuse to take any pills or something. I want to do this, of course, the old way. Diet, exercise and lots of control. Any advice for food choices and develop programs that can help?
Almost six years ago, I started Atkins low-carb way of eating to quit only to gain weight. I had my appetite out of control under control. I never imagined I could lose weight without hunger or exercise, and I've become disabled. It never bothered me a weight or measure until I realized that my clothes big fast. When my health improved dramatically as well, I knew this was my new lifestyle and eating as much as you want (of food low in carbohydrates) I know I can do this for life. My personal level is low in carbohydrates. I am older and with disabilities and do not move much (or cook much), but since all I want meat, eggs, cheese, yogurt, fat, green vegetables, almonds, berries, seeds flax, chia seeds, Shirataki noodles and other foods. An active person would have a much higher level of carbohydrates and can usually include all fruits, vegetables, whole grain products, but no sugar and highly refined carbohydrates in unlimited quantities. While you have carbohydrates 9grams <per hour, which will maintain control insulin and weight gain should not, regardless of calories. The majority of overweight and obese people have blood sugar and insulin and dysfunctions can NEVER eat carbohydrates as someone with a body of performance possible. They make the mistake of returning to the way of eating that made them fat and that is not possible and it will gain all the weight of again if they eat what they ate obese than done originally. Insanity is defined as doing exactly the same, the exact same way and expecting different results. Many people may return to moderate levels of carbohydrates, but very few actually can eat all you want sugar and weight maintenance or health of the protein. You can lose more eating and fat body fat (do not eat single protein) that does not eat anything. To lose weight quickly, eat all you want, but nothing more than meat, eggs, healthy oils mayonnaise, avocado butter and half a day (for potassium). Keep high-calorie and high fat percentage, at least 65% of calories. The vegetables and some cheese and continue weight loss, but at a slower pace. The first two weeks to eat several cups a day (most) of lettuce, celery, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms, peppers and more vegetables since then – add 5 grams per additional day each week (20 days 2 weeks grams, 25grams week third, fourth week 30grams etc) until they gain weight, then subtract 10grams. That will be their level of personal carbohydrates (each is different and depends on how active you are.) Start with the meat, fat and salads for two weeks and then slowly add more green vegetables, wk4 fresh cheeses, nuts and seeds WK5, WK6 berries, vegetables WK7, wk8 other fruits, wk9 starchy vegetables, whole grains wk10. You will learn how your body reacts to different foods. The first week is just water weight, but fat is lost from that time if it maintains its high calorie content enough. Otherwise the body will strip itself is lean tissue for nutrition. Although it may look great on a scale that will make it easier to accumulate fat in the future (as all the calorie burning lean tissue annoying is gone). The body free fat reserves if lower calories below what you need. It will slow your metabolism to compensate and save every ounce of spare fat. If you continue to cut calories, continue lowering the set point, until it can survive out of nothing and store fat in anything. The only body will announce the fat stores is if you know that there are plenty of nutritious food. Eating carbohydrates while trying to lose body fat is terribly inefficient. When glycolysis (Glucose as fuel), must reduce your calories (which slows metabolism) and intense exercise to deplete glycogen stores prior to burning body fat. Controlling insulin levels are balanced hormones and other possible human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so lean muscle gain, even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly enhance muscle mass with high levels of HGH. Ground flax seed (2-4 tablespoons) 1 / 4 cup water, artificial sweetener, mix in a raw egg – let stand 10 min. to absorb the liquid, put some cream cheese in the center and 2 nuclear min. for the daily needs of fiber.
