
What diet and workout routine that is best for weight loss?
I am a 5'5 "female. Unfortunately, I have let go a little more and weigh around 170 pounds. I am by no means fat but I am not worthy of anyone. Most of the weight goes to the hips or chest. I'm looking to fall around 30 pounds, but have trouble sticking to the diet and exercise routines. Above all, I have curiosity about the best way to drop weight fast without starving or excessive exercise. I have about 45 minutes to an hour a day I can devote to this. Once a week have access to a gym, weights, elliptical tredmill, the works. But the rest of long will I be working at home. What are the best exercises to tone your abs, slim thighs and slimming and toning the arms? What diet give me the best chance to lose weight quickly. I'm really looking for personal experiences and success stories and other things "Hollywood cookie diet" a fad. Please help!
It is difficult to help you with this .. but I really think that any "real and healthy" diet can work for anyone as long as you do well and stick to it. Just eat healthy and exercise, drink plenty of water and good luck!
