
How I can lose 5 pounds and still losing weight slowly?
I have 15 years, and trust me, I'm not one of those teenagers who is obsessed with losing weight. I just finished basketball, and now after school I'm not doing anything. What are some foods I can do exercises to lose a few pounds and keep it off? thanks in advance!
