What is the best way to restart your diet?
I have 17 years, female, 5'9, currently 84 kilos. Earlier this year, was 98 … I started exercising moderately, walking to school, and ate with great wisdom. But now I'm in a rut and I've been eating terribly new and have won four kilos (I was 80 kilos last few weeks.) My goal is to be 75 in late July – at least. How I can achieve this goal when I can not motivate New? I feel miserable all the bad food and lack of exercise I've eaten – I want to restart my diet – but I am also concerned about establishing myself to failure if I quit again – Any suggestions?
Tomorrow, go for a walk in the morning if they can. Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only a snack after dinner if you're really hungry. Just think about looking good in a swimsuit and how all the other ppl at school will look when return to a healthy body, hott and fit.
