Hi, I'm 16yrs old and I'm going to sign for Muay Thai classes in WMA in Jacksonville. I'm 5'5 and 180 pounds, so I know theres about 40-50 pounds to lose to be in a comfortable weight class. My weight is distributed evenly throughout most of my body too, so that all areas for me is a destination area. Gym and workout routines are not a pressing issue for me at this time. I am mainly concered with advice on diet plans and /. Or to help me lose body fat. Are there special diets for women?
