Question about green tea and apple cider vinegar diet??
I know these are the natural home diet, but I have a quick question. The green tea and ACV is known to be effective for weight loss for many years. People say that if you drink 2-3 tablespoons of ACV mixed with water oz.of 8 before each meal you will lose weight, and if you drink 3-4 cups of green tea every day may help you lose weight. Well, I an eight ounce drunk. glass of water with ACV before yesterday during the day and night I drank a cup of green tea before bedtime decaffenaited I weigh me every day to see how I'm doing on my weight, I stay between 132 to 131.8 lbs, I weighed yesterday and today and I went down to 127 pounds in a day as fast-WOW 5.4 pounds in one day. I'm assuming that if I drink a cup of green tea every days and every day a cup of ACV with water, I will reach my goal weight in about 1 1 / 2 week. I want to know, is that healthy?? I thought green tea and ACV are good for you. Why am I losing weight so fast? Thanks.
Always start a diet often lose water. Start doing some exercise Cardiovascular and it will be muscle gain too. If what we are doing is working stick with it.
