Anyone tried the Holland and Barrett tablets fiber diet or fat metabolizer?
HI I went to Holland and Barrett store to find the best weight loss product, one of the staff advised me to buy pills diet rich in fiber and fat metabolizer 14 days diet plan. He said the metabolizing of fat was very popular and effective in burning food. Has anyone tried these pills? Fiber tablets are all natural, so do not I think its unhealthy, but the other has one or two things, like caffeine. I go to the gym, but I give up very quickly and then have to start all over again. I know I need motivation. Serious answers please, please provide the data, so I know best advice to follow.
