
Right diet regimen help reduce weight
Most of us, in an effort to find ways to shed one pounds within a few minimum, either starve or opt for very strenuous physical exercises to achieve weight loss goal. It is not really needed if you get the right kind of food to lose weight.
There are certain types of food consumed, burned more fat than the calorific value of food itself. These foods are also known as negative calorie foods. They are classified into three different groups and the group of citrus – Consisting of lemons, limes, tangerines, grapefruits, oranges, kiwi etc, cellulose-rich fruits and vegetables group consisting of cabbage, asparagus, beets, broccoli, blueberries, apples, watermelon etc. and dairy food group such as skim milk, cottage cheese and low fat yogurt. As for dairy products are concerned, they have proven clinically that calcium-rich dairy foods helps you lose weight by increasing metabolism of fat in fat cells. Therefore, non-fat dairy products should be included in the diet to weight loss. When these foods are combined with gentle exercise have been achieved tremendous results.
Cinnamon is the spice oldest once considered to be more beautiful gold and were used by early Egyptians for medicinal purposes and taste in food. It was found by chance that foods containing cinnamon helped reduce the level of blood sugar in the body. If you add cinnamon to the diet in any of the ways in which herbal tonic, or as a capsule or spray on food, tends to reduce weight.
Foods that are the metabolism of carbohydrates and friendly to the lower or moderate on the glycemic index help weight loss. Usually the foods that are rich in protein low in carbohydrates and simultaneously, low glycemic index. These foods are eggs, turkey, fish, red meat, ostrich, chicken, etc. To minimize cuts fat, lean meat or skinless chicken can be eaten. Soy products like tofu, soy milk, soybean powder, etc. are very good for weight reduction.
Raw vegetables and green leafy vegetables are low on the glycemic index, carbohydrate and fat and are much higher in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and fiber than when cooked. Fruits with a high glycemic index has to be avoided and people with low glucose can be consumed.
