Tips for healthy eating and exercise during pregnancy?

Hi all, I am almost 10 weeks pregnant and it was very difficult for me to get vegetalbles eat at this time. It seems to be constantly craving pasta! Does anyone have any advice on how to make sure I keep my diet vegetables Daily? Any recipes, etc? It is also better to walk or exercise during pregnancy there are others that I can do? Should I wait until the second quarter (exhausted atm) or if I am forced into action sooner rather than later? Thanks in advance and baby dust to all:)

Try to cut some raw vegetables (peppers, carrots, celery) and immersion in a bath rich, that's a great way to get vegetables in. The pasta is good for you with the carbohydrates, not the worst thing you can eat nothing! I find walking is the best exercise. I felt really bad for my first trimester, but around the neighborhood every day in my second and third trimesters. I had a great and easy pregnancy fell to my previous weight-baby four months after having my baby, not dieting at all, more walking alone. I asked my gynecologist if I force myself to walk when I do not feel well and she said no, when not feeling well in the first quarter is better to rest his body being exerted.
