How I can get a court-like body of Bruce Lee?
My weight is 155 pounds and I'm very thin but athletic. I 6'2 tall. I would like find a training program that I can use to cut up the whole body.
This is what Bruce did: (1) Ab exercise of Lee's wife, Linda Lee Cadwell, claims her ex-husband was a fanatic about ab training.
