
Can you provide some tips to lose weight?
NOTR'm fat or whatever you want to lose some extra kilos. i do not really have time or ability to cook much. i do not drink much water and I ususallly dinner at 11:30 pm because I work from 4 to 11 pm. so at the latest. i run treadmil everyother day. so any tips I can use?
This small meals six times a day and not later than 8.30 pm. Keep up the training and snack, lunch, afternoon snack (keep your metabolism up) with healthy snacks (nuts, dried fruits, vegetables)
