If you fast, how much weight can I lose in 30 days?
I weigh 270 pounds and am 6 feet tall, and generally have been able to lose weight too rapidly in the past. How would I go about doing this safely? Thanks for the help.
You are fine if you keep hydrated and took vitamins, fish oil etc just to make sure that you stay healthy. However, remember that fasting is not always the best option, which will slow down your metabolism so that you can obtain the majority of most of the weight back very quickly and can be difficult to lose it again.
