Easy 10 points good for weight loss tips?

I'm 19 years old and weighing about 165 pounds, I do not see my weight, but I'm happy with the number deff. I need a good cardio / walking plan and eating plan to help you lose weight. I can not lift weights for reasons I can not attend my gym today for personal reasons as well, just want to know how long you should walk a day. What little I eat fruits and how much in a day.I know about drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but I hear the more you drink less water in your body will retain for many glasses of water should I drink? I just want to get back to my weight I was 120 pounds when he was 17. Any advice would be grateful thanks. Easy 10 points best answer.

I know how you feel .. It to aspire to know that weighed much less at a point in time … But I found a way for me to lose weight … I can do 50 abdominal right before bed, and just when I wake in the morning as well .. Drink 4-6 glasses of water a day .. and in the morning eat Kellogg's Special K "cereal. It's fantastic! … As for lunch, eat something simple, like a salad (no NOT use low fat dressing !!)… and last but not least, to dinner, just enjoy on what you want … However, the case of smaller amounts of your choice .. Hope this helps! I've lost almost 20 pounds in two weeks!
